This Privacy Policy explains how LIZOFORM handles information for the Workshop Equipment Tracker mobile application and related public pages. The app is designed as a local inventory utility for asset profiles, locations, statuses, maintenance notes, and issue logs.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Workshop Equipment Tracker app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by LIZOFORM TOV (collectively, the “Application”). LIZOFORM TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

Workshop Equipment Tracker is designed to help users catalog workshop tools, machines, safety gear, consumables, storage locations, operational statuses, maintenance notes, and inventory changes.

No accounts: the public website and the Application do not require user registration, login, account creation, dashboards, or authorization for basic use.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained, not used for tracking, and not used to identify users.

Local workshop records

Asset profiles, inventory numbers, manufacturer and model details, categories, notes, locations, status records, favorites, maintenance issues, and recent-change history are intended to remain stored locally on the user’s device.

LIZOFORM does not operate a cloud account system for these records and does not receive or store this inventory content on company servers.

Device location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from the mobile device. Any workshop location, storage zone, shelf, or workspace coordinate entered by the user is treated as local inventory content and remains on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Do third parties see or have access to information?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. LIZOFORM does not sell personal data.

Data Retention

LIZOFORM does not collect or retain personal data from the Application. We do not keep user accounts, inventory records, asset profiles, locations, maintenance notes, or issue logs on our servers.

Application data

Records created inside the app remain on the user’s device and are retained only as long as the user keeps them in the app or keeps the app installed.

Voluntary contact

If a user contacts LIZOFORM by email, we may retain that message only as needed to respond and maintain normal business correspondence.

Data Deletion

Because LIZOFORM does not collect or store Application data on company servers, there is no server-side user profile, account, or cloud inventory database to delete.

  • Users can delete local app records using available in-app controls where provided.
  • Users can remove local app data by uninstalling the Application from their device.
  • If a user voluntarily contacted LIZOFORM by email, they may request deletion of that correspondence by contacting support@lizoform.it.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. Users remain responsible for securing their own devices and local records.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal Application data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to LIZOFORM, the Service Provider will notify users as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
